Attendance forms must be completed in order to let the coaching staff know if you plan to attend that week’s meet, or if you do not plan to attend the meet. A completed meet attendance form for your child must be submitted NO LATER THAN Tuesday at 7:00 P.M. of a meet week.  Otherwise, the coaches will assume your child is not attending that meet, and will NOT put that swimmer in the line-up. Should a swimmer show up at a meet that did not submit a meet attendance form for that meet, coaches will put him/her in exhibition events. However, that swimmer may not be able to swim in any relays at that particular meet.
